We We’re paying our mortgage every two weeks that way we could pay down the principal faster. Equity Excelerator and earn up merged. We were NOT notified That they would no longer be making payments every two weeks. Looking back this went back to 2017. We just found out today -9/2020- that for the past three years only a single payment has been made per month. Plus they charge you $2.50 for each transaction. In reality folks, you pay them$2.50 to take money out of your checking account and they hold onto your money for the next two weeks (not doubt collecting interest x every other account that is signed up, =big bucks) then they charge you another $2.50 to take out the remainder of your mortgage and send it to your mortgage company. I can manage my own money and this company offers absolutely no services whatsoever other than to transfer money for a fee!!! This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. We just canceled today. I encourage you do not do any business with this company. I had no idea we were getting ripped off until I looked at the break down payments on Mr Coopers website.

It was very difficult try to communicate with your customer service agent. Language barrier..i was explaing to him one thing and he was repeating back to me something totally different. I was updating information for my mortgage payment. Hopefully everything is correct.. ?

the company is now acquired by Earn Up. Money has been taken out of our account for the past 2 months and Earnup Equity accelerator has not paid our mortgage. Now has late fees.

Absolutely worse customer service. I canceled and yet they are still drafting my account. Not to mention, despite that I have called twice with new mortgage company informations, they still sent the money to the wrong place. They are awful!

Closed account cuz of high fees and all of a sudden my money is missing. They say they mailed to my mortgage company 12 days ago and it is not there. Each time calling it’s someone in India and people keep giving me inaccurate information. Don’t even start with Mr. Cooper Equity Accelerator cuz if you have to stop your money will go MIA

Spoke to someone, gave them all info, name of mortgage company and the bank where funds will be drawn automatically every 2 weeks. Two days later I received another application and I called the company to verify. I gave them my account and I was told it belongs to another couple and the mortgage holder was Wells Fargo. I immediately called my bank Wells Fargo to STOP automatic payments. It sounds red flag to me.
